Chart Diving units JOG-4
This case is made for recharchable batteries. It's extendable and has a guiding clamps which allows easy connection to the RC compartment.
DIVING CONTROL SYSTEM WITH BALLAST TANK
A diving control system is connected to the ballast tank and pressurized air tank. The airtank has a reduction vent which leads into the ballast tank. The vent has in-built lever operated by servo motor, which also operates the main flooding vent. There is a set of wires in the hull which connect the motors with the acumulator pack. There is a holder for 3 servos in the water tight compartment (WTC). The linkages are sealed with rubber sleeves.
Motor case could be retrieved completely from the hull together with wiring. The access is granted by the removable cover with O-ring rubber seal. The case's shape is corresponding to the shape of the hull at the place where it is to be installed (compatible with Revell type VII/C, VII/C 41 hulls).
ELECTRIC MOTORS WITH SHAFT AND CLUTCH
Assembly of the two electromotors with clutches and teflone inserts. The screws are counter-revolving. The shafts are made out of stainless steel and have a small hole for grease filling.
The linkages for all the diving planes on the submarine are leading to the servos; the forward and aft diving planes are connected together trough a lever mechanizm located on the electromotor's case. Another linkage controls bot rudders at the same time.
Spaghetti shrinkable insulation, sealing spaghetti insulation, rubber O-ring sealings and laser-made span (allows to tighen/lose screws on the electromotor case and pressure tank). Gold-plated connectors for electrical wiring.
